Here comes Peter Cottontail......

Easter morning, Scott, Val, Jeff, Kate and Ryan came over to watch the kids find eggs. It had rained during the night, so the Easter bunny was smart and hid the eggs all over the living room. It was so nice to be able to have Ryan hunt with us. He and Sami even shared finding the eggs!

Once we found all the eggs, we got ready for the big reunion. Did I mention it had rained all night? We usually have the reunion at the park but it was a muddy mess. Phone calls flew and it was decided that the picnic would be moved to a family members house. We packed up and headed out.

Since I was sick the whole day, I didn't get many pictures of the whole group which I regret, but I did get some pics of the girls. Especially important since it's Nat's 1st Easter! By this time, Sami is a pro.

We watched the water balloon toss, but didn't participate. Sami just liked playing with the balloons.

 

 

By this time, the kids were worn out and so was I. We headed home for a nap, but not before I got this cute pic of Momo and Nat.
