A little trip to the west coast

I wanted to take the girls to Chico for Easter this year so Momo could show the girls off to all of her family. In order for me not to have to go by myself with the girls, we flew up to Washington first so that we could drive down there with Mom and Dad. This trip was interesting since Natalie was old enough to be aware of what was going on. (She just slept the last time she flew!) They both had a great time eating breakfast in the airport and looking out the window on the plane.

 

 

"Can you believe we are on a plane?!?!?!?!"

 

 

Within an hour of being at Nana and Papi's, Natalie figured out how to go up and down the stair from the family room to the dining room. Lord help me, she is mobile!

 

 

Sami could have lived at Nana's school if we let her. She enjoyed playing, participating in circle time- but most of all, the Easter Egg hunt!

 

 

 

 

Sami also liked checking out Nana's HUGE bathtub!

 

 

Sami had some fun too. She visited Nana at school, and figured out how to crawl through the end table

 

She also learned how to pull herself up on new things (Look at the book she is trying to get!)

 

 

I had some fun with THE cookie tin too. This particular cookie tin is filled with cookies each Christmas and taken to whoever is hosting Christmas that year. When Sami was small, I took pictures of her in the same cookie tin.

 

 

It was nice to spend time with Uncle Brian!
