Point Defiance Zoo

Brian and Cortney were able to come over for the weekend and we used the opportunity to spend some great family time. What amazing weather for a trip to the zoo! Added bonus that Sami, Natalie and I got in free with our Houston Zoo membership!

 

I was very impressed with the flow of this zoo. I highly recommend visiting if you are ever up there. The Childrens' area had tons of things for Sami to look at, play on and enjoy.

 

 

 

 

There was a bird house that Papi and Uncle Brian took Sami into (Strollers were not allowed, someone had to stay outside with Natalie, darn!) Auntie Jessica would be so proud!

 

 

We found out that neither Sami nor Papi were as big as a polar bear...

 

 

that Sami could drop pennies down the spiral thing for hours if we let her

 

 

Natalie LOVES to smile

 

 

 

and that running is the most fun thing in the whole wide world for 2 year olds!

 

 

The zoo wore all of us out- adults included! So glad I got to spend the time with my girls! Just wish Mark could have come. We missed you honey!
