Man, June went by fast! Before I knew it- it was over. Good thing we got a few cute shots! Sami LOVES to cook. She helps me with dinner, helps Mark make breakfast on the weekends, and LOVES to bake. Grandma Richter made her an apron, just her size. She calls it her Pop Pop after the chicken that sometimes come in our backyard from the neighbors yard. Here she is showing off her "Pop Pop"
Martha Stewart, eat your heart out!!!
We were folding laundry one afternoon and Marks' soccer clothes were in the basket. Sami wanted to be just like Daddy. It was pretty cute to see her try and get the shin guards on by herself! She had the right idea, but Daddy had to help get them on right.
A few more Gymnastics pictures. I thought maybe the new, fancy camera would make it easier to get good action shots. It did help, but she is such a fast moving target!!
Sami and Ms. Melissa
I thought I would throw this one in too. Sami was so proud of herself that she put her shoes on all by herself, I didn't have the heart to tell her they were on the wrong feet. She is getting better and better at doing things on her own now.
I am always looking for fun things for Sami to do inside that doesn't take a lot of energy on my part (I am getting more tired as I get bigger and the temps go up outside!). Shaving cream was an obvious answer! At first she was a little timid... but she got into it!
Riding "Neigh" has become one of Sami's favorite thing to do. Well, ever since the Cowgirl episode on Bubble Guppies- did I mention her world revolves around Bubble Guppies? Anyway, it's very important to wear a hat when riding a horse, so she never goes without hers. Thank you Momo!
June 21st marked our 4th Anniversary. We celebrated by taking Sami with us to dinner on the actual day, then going for massages and out to the Melting Pot just the 2 of us later that week.
Thanks for a great 4 years and many, many more Mark! Love you!!!
